Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and rp66 ("Platform", "we", "our") regarding your use of the rp66.wine website and all services, games, and features provided therein.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rp66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the rp66 platform immediately.
Important: Acceptance Is Considered to Have Occurred When You:
Completing the rp66 account registration form; making any deposit into your rp66 account; using any game or service on the rp66 platform; or claiming any bonus or promotion offered by rp66.
Rp66 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the rp66 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Section 2
Member Eligibility
Use of the rp66 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registering your rp66 account. rp66 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age. Falsifying age information is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under legal guardianship, those who have been declared bankrupt, or those who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling are not permitted to register or use rp66.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of online gambling services is lawful under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. rp66 does not provide legal advice on this matter, and you are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if necessary.
Section 3
Registration & Account Management
Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the rp66 platform at any time. This includes accounts registered using different phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or devices.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Your full name, phone number, and payment details must match your official identity documents. False or incomplete information may result in failed account verification and delayed withdrawals.
rp66 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000 or when suspicious account activity is detected. Required documents include a copy of your MyKad, a recent utility bill, or a bank statement.
You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. rp66 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. Change your password immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Warning: Multiple Account Prohibition
Holding more than one rp66 account — in any form — is a serious violation. If multiple accounts are detected, rp66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses without compensation, and permanently ban all involved IP addresses and devices.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on rp66 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). rp66 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. rp66 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on the payment account must match the registered rp66 account name.
rp66 aims to process all withdrawals within 5–15 minutes of the request. For withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, an additional security review of up to 24 hours may be required. rp66 is not liable for any delays caused by payment service providers.
rp66 is fully compliant with the anti-money laundering (AML) laws in force in Malaysia. Any transaction suspected of being linked to money laundering or terrorism financing will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Rp66 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general provisions:
All bonuses at rp66 are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements that must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rp66 Welcome Bonus carries a 20x rollover for slots, 30x for Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), and 40x for e-sports. Example: A RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover means you must wager a total of RM 2,000 before winnings can be withdrawn.
Players may only use one (1) bonus at a time on rp66. Combining two or more bonuses simultaneously is not permitted. If you claim a new bonus before completing the rollover requirements of a current bonus, the current bonus will be forfeited and the remaining bonus balance will be voided.
Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum win cap as stated in each bonus's terms. All bonuses have a validity period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited, along with any pending winnings derived from those bonus funds.
rp66 reserves the absolute right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, employing betting strategies designed to minimise risk while meeting rollover requirements (e.g., placing bets on both sides of the same game), or any other form of bonus fraud.
Section 6
Game Rules
All games available on rp66 – including slots, live casino, e-sports, and progressive jackpots – are subject to their respective specific rules. The following general rules apply to all games on rp66:
The outcome of all games on rp66 is final. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on the player's screen and the result recorded on rp66's servers, the server record shall be the authoritative version.
In the event of a technical disruption during an incomplete game round, rp66 will complete the round once the connection is restored. rp66 is not liable for losses caused by internet or device issues on the player's end.
If a software error or bug produces an unrealistic outcome (such as a jackpot win inconsistent with the normal RTP), rp66 reserves the right to void the round and bet in question, and return the original wager to the player.
All games on rp66 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified and audited by bodies such as eCOGRA and GLI. Live casino games feature real dealers in studios monitored 24/7. No manipulation is permitted or carried out by rp66.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct & Activities
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:
Registering with false information, falsifying identity documents, impersonating another individual, or providing incorrect financial information.
Using automated bots, artificial intelligence software, scripting, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the rp66 platform in any game.
Making deposits via unauthorised payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or using another party's credit card or bank account without their authorisation.
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (e.g., match fixing in e-sports), using insider information, or engaging in any conduct that undermines the integrity of the games.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Rp66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach:
Grounds for Account Closure
Breach of any of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to submit required KYC documents within the specified timeframe; a voluntary closure request by the member; or a directive from the relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, the remaining balance may be subject to full forfeiture. If the closure is at the player's own request or for reasons not involving a violation, any valid balance will be returned to the player within 7 business days upon completion of all required checks.
Section 9
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The rp66 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. rp66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's usability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Rp66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by players arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gambling activity, service interruptions, or loss of data.
Important Notice
Gambling involves real financial risk. Always bet with money you can afford to lose. rp66 is not responsible for any financial hardship or personal problems arising from gambling activity on this platform.
Section 10
Amendments & Applicable Laws
Rp66 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the rp66 platform. rp66 will endeavour to notify members of material changes via email or in-platform notifications, though this is not an obligation.
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the rp66 platform shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by rp66.
Section 11
Responsible Gaming
Rp66 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity in a healthy way:
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through account settings. Once a limit is reached, further deposits will not be accepted until the limit is updated (subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period).
Take a break from rp66 for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days using the "Cooling Off" feature. During this period, you will not be able to access any games or make deposits.
If gambling has become a problem, you may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the period ends.
